Each pair of glasses is made to order so expect a maximum 3-5 day turn around time. If you need a product by a specific day you can pay a fee for a rush order.

Because every House of Nash piece is made to order specially for you we do not offer refunds at this time. Please contact us if you have any major issues and we will handle exchanges on a case by case basis.

Please be aware of where you sit your HON glasses. Please do not place in your pocket or just throw them in your bag. When not wearing them please keep them stored in the complimentary microfiber pouch and hard shell case they come in to protect them. Do not wash with soap or alcohol. If anything gets on the crystals, just use a slightly damp paper towel and gently wipe to clean. No need to submerge in water or any substances.
